This is the best experience iv ever had in an ER. I was thoroughly evaluated very quickly. Properly test and treated. Staff was friendly, helpful and reassuring.
As a family, we’ve been to the ER multiple times. The wait here is a lot shorter than when we lived in the Tri City area and went to Washington Hospital. On our latest visit, just over 30 days ago, that particular team did an excellent job taking care of our son. I wish I could thank them all personally.
Staff and doctors and nurses have been so nice patient happy however long wait times but other than that I feel really good in their care!!
I put 1 star only because I can't go any lower. This is not a review about the quality of the Dr's or the nurses . This is a review of how horrible there system is and the fact that they are working an emergency room that is the size of so say the population here in Pleasanton in the mid 70's. Every time the last 5 times going there the wait averages 3-5 hours that is absolutely unacceptable.
