I put 1 star only because I can't go any lower. This is not a review about the quality of the Dr's or the nurses . This is a review of how horrible there system is and the fact that they are working an emergency room that is the size of so say the population here in Pleasanton in the mid 70's. Every time the last 5 times going there the wait averages 3-5 hours that is absolutely unacceptable. Everyone will know your business since they talk about your personal info in the hallway in front of everyone.
Been there 20 times between pancreas and a hernia that pops out.staff is rude.doctors pop it in and throw you out.scared to even go back. Went to Palo alto and I need surgery which I have to wait a month Nurses sit and talk talk talk instead of checking on patients.food being delivered non stop and no even comes by to say are you ok.you sit in a chair in a pit while the inmates from santa Rita enjoy a nice comfy bed

I wouldn’t recommend this hospital, they are extremely money minded. My mom was checked in for a few days, they handled her case absolutely incorrectly and didn’t even diagnose her issue. She checked out worse than she checked in. Horrible
