Are you kidding me? I work at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. We are extremely close in services with their facility all the time. I love me Stanford anything!
So far so good first day n
My boyfriend got a kidney transplant at Stanford on New Year's Eve. I couldn't believe how attentive,kind and caring the doctors and nurses were here compared to the ones in Las Vegas. We can't thank them enough for loving their jobs and treating their patients with such care. It's great. Thank you a million times over!
Sitting here now and I just want to say the service is inexplicable. The staff is so inconsiderate of their patients and the fact that they are SICK and dont feel good enough to wait so long. Like please--give me the courtesy and respect to simply tell me you're running behind. So disappointed...
Reality
Had surgery for moyamoya 2 years ago. Best.hospital.ever. I have worked in health care for 20+ years and have never experienced the coordination, competence and all around great customer service and care I received.
