Terrible doesn't describe it – I wouldn't be giving this a one star except it's the lowest I can give as a review. They changed our appointment time without notifying us. They came out and "checked" the AC unit, said it was fine. We turned off the AC right after the man left (because we were going home for the holidays). When we got back, as soon as it turned on, it wouldn't work. They returned, said it needed a new fan.
