Worthless Phone, Incompetent Customer Service, they charge you constantly for Data. Sent me a new phone with no battery. They have you under surveillance 24/7. Maps will show a notification " maps is being controlled by a third party".
Was driving by saw the setup and the sign that says big phones, decided to stop. I asked the rep what I needed she showed me, I pulled out my info and right away she confirmed I was eligible. Started setting up the phone and got me ready to go. I will edit in regards to the service it provides when time passes.
VORTEX J24 ($77), DO NOT BUY. IT HAS UNACCEPTABLE DEFECTS (e.g. PHONE OVER HEATS OFTEN= HOT POTATO). DURING 4.5G OF DATA, PHONE PROVIDES 0.18 OF 1 Mb/s (1/5 OF 1Mb/s) BANDWIDTH FOR GAMING; THEREFORE, THE 4.5G WORTH OF SUPPOSE TO BE 4G LTE IS TRUTHFULLY 1G SPEEDS OR LESS FOR GAMING. BY A TRAC PHONE, THEN PUT STANDUP WIRELESS SIM CARD IN IT.
I started having problems with my phone the day I received it. I couldn't even fully charge it. It kept getting hot and it said to unplug it. It constantly shuts off and when I called the customer service agent told me I would have to mail it to them and they would decide if they would fix it or give me a new one but I had to pay to ship it and be without a phone for 2-3 weeks. I definitely wouldn't recommend them
