After many months of wanting to try the meat from this place I finally did it and unfortunately I was unimpressed. The guy at the counter was nice and friendly and tried to help us find the right cut of meat for what we wanted so the service was great…. But the quality of the meat not so much. We spent $100 and got NY steak and the chicken sausage and BOTH of them were extremely tough, very chewy, and lacked the flavor you’d expect from a place of quality. Amazing butcher shop with the most amazing and helpful staff. Found this place a couple of weeks ago and have been going weekly since. The quality of the products combined with the amazing staff makes this place an easy 5/5 stars. (I have not been there once without them throwing something on the house to try)
I don’t usually write reviews, I was looking for a really specific cut of pork (coppa/collar) called 10 places no one had it, until standings came through!!! Super nice guys. Will be back!
