Glenn Smith. I moved into my apartment in February of this year...in July had number of extenuating circumstances, just one after another. This reality company. Man I'm literally I'm tears as I write this review. Truly Truly appreciate the compassion and total understanding of my events o so much misfortune....God is truly good I just Wanna say thank you thank you....understanding my situation and all that I how to encounter. Not reliable
I have resided with Standard Realty since 2013 I had nothing bad to say about them until a year ago due to bats entering our living quarters and the issue has not been solved. I had to take them to court for hotel stay due to the bats because they didn’t want to give me what I paid for the hotel until they decided to do something about the issue. My rent is $1400 a month and I have never missed a day. I won the case and have yet to receive my money. Plus I have encountered another bat last week and have not received a respon... read more
Had a fantastic experience living in a rental property - great communication, attentive landlord, had almost no maintenance issues, but when they happened, team dealt with it right away. Loved the community and the quiet neighborhood.
