Anyone complaining about this company must be the competition. Have used them at the Pines of Westbury offices for a couple years now, and everythings great!
I have used this company for printer repair and my supplies for the past 5 years. They provide excellant service and good pricing.
One of their toner cartridges leaked inside the copier making a mess nobody in the office knew how to handle so we complained to the salesman. Their tech support claimed that had never happened to one of their cartridges before but within hours they still sent a tech out to clean up our copier and replace the cartridge. It was a mess but I know of no other supplier of reman toner cartridges that even has the capability to back up their product like Laser Renew
Bought toner from these guys. Only lasted 1/3 of the time the HP brand name lasted. Would not use again.
