I called into the corporate office and spoke with Leann who was extremely unprofessional. I called to let her know that maintenance had left the water running in full blast for over 30 minutes and kids were playing in it and she slammed the phone on the hook without saying anything about it. Now I understand how the entire staff feel that they are empowered to mistreat the residents without any reprimanding or anything. This is very unprofessional and unethical.
