If I could give 0 stars I would, unfortunately 1 is the lowest I can go. Absolutely terrible experience. There are no words. As a company in business for over 10 years, we have never, ever dealt with a more unprofessional organization. The office smells like cat piss, the managers are routinely rude and condescending, and shady business practices AT BEST when engaging with us. ONLY CONDUCT BUSINESS IF YOU WANT TO BE AT RISK OF BEING PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Where should I begin? Well let's start with signing the lease agreement, it was a 34page lease agreement that should have been a red flag from the start for a 4900sqft old building with multiple roof leaks that even caused us to have mold in the walls. We started out paying about $3900 a month by year 3 our cam charges where so high we where paying $8200 just in rent! We signed a 3.3 year lease with these people and started off at $3900 more. By year 3 we were paying $8200 mo. For a 4900sqft building. Their cam rises faster than California wild fires. I paid for electricity yet they charged me for it, they charged $7000 yr for snow removal for 6 parking spaces. Steve the property manager came in many times without permission and damaged out equipment totaling in over 1000$.
