Right now I attend Strong with Ann and Spin with Casey and I couldn't be more in love with working out. I was anti gym classes but this gym changed my mind. Definitely worth a try❤️
By far the best gym I️ have ever been apart of. It’s nice to see staff members as well as Jill every time I am there. I️ never wanted to attend classes because of what people may think, totally not what I️ expected. All of the trainers are so encouraging. If you haven’t tried Best of Both, you need too! My favorite class ever!Thank you, all for what you do to help us get fit!

Stand strong is my favorite gym! The staff is great! They are all super friendly and take the time to fully understand what your goals are and help you accomplish them! They even have affordable child care, which is a major bonus!!!!
Stand strong is the best place to get your workout on. The staff is loving and caring and will help you with any exercise that you need modified.
