I APPLIED FOR A RENTAL THROUGH THIS COMPANY. SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THEY ALLOWED PETS AT THE PROPERTY. CINDY TOLD ME YES THEY ALLOWED PETS. A COUPLE DAYS LATER LYDIA IS CALLING ME ASKING ME IF I WAS WILLING TO GET RID OF MY DOG BECAUSE THAT PROPERTY DOESNT ALLOW PETS. I ADVISED HER I WAS TOLD THE PROPERTY DOES ALLOW PETS AND THATS WHY I APPLIED. SHE SUPPOSEDLY LOOKED AT THE PAPERWORK AND ALL THE SUDDEN THE PLACE ALLOWS PETS. This company managed a piece of property for my family for a number of years. Great company with great service. Whenever I called I got a real person and not just an answering machine. I would highly recommend this property management company!
The apt I was suppose to rent was not ready. The Ac was missing,the closet door was hanging off, the cabinets didn't have any mobs on them and the apartment had a weird odor! One day after I signed a lease someone broke in and stole the refrigerator and the ceramic from the toilet. The property management lied and had me going back and forth from person to person. Worst experience ever!!!!
Stan Brewer is a DISGUSTING company they rent out houses they know are infected and when you call to them about it THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE unless you spend a couple days in the homes they want to rent DONT GO TO THEM !!!! The house I looked at for my parents have big water bugs inside and out the home came with a Jacuzzi room and its INFESTED !!! Terrible Management! Stan Brewer Realty Management was the WORST company I ever had to deal with in a long time! What a shame I had spoken with 4 people at Stan Brewer Property Mgmt., all giving different requirements for the same property rental in question, not to mention being treated rudely. The property I had applied for was available, I drove 4 hours 1 way to be able to view it, applied, offered to pay the owner substantially more than the asking price as it was below market rate for the area & amenities and they failed to complete the process of my application as Evelina Brewer found it on one of the staff's desk 5 days later. Possibly the worst management company ever!!!! I have never been treated in such an unfeeling, uncompassionate, unprofessional and rude manner in all of my life, as I have been by stan brewer realty, namely angela! I drove from long distance to meet her and look for a place to live during my divorce. She was not there to meet me and the office knew nothing about me!
