Service has always been great at Stampede Toyota. But, I think there's room for improvement regarding your shuttle. First, offer an earlier shuttle? The first shuttle leaves for downtown @ 7:45a. Who goes to work that late? Any chance you could start @ 6:45a? Also, I requested a shuttle @ 4pm from downtown. I was told that the shuttle picks up downtown @ 3:30p. Stampede Toyota is THE BEST dealership around in my opinion. I would buy a Toyota again should I be able to afford an upgrade and I would definitely go to this dealership.
Iâve had the pleasure of dealing with Stampede Toyota for about 20 years as a customer, contractor and friend. I presently own an 06 Rav 4 V6 with about 278,000 KMâs on it. Iâve had it serviced/ maintained at Stampede since the day I drove it off the lot (06). It looks and runs great. In so many years nothing has changed in regards to the excellent quality service along with a staff of friendly, caring individuals.
They are very efficient,reasonably priced and most of all. They do honest and good work! WhT is an extra bonus is the manicure available while your car is serviced!!
Have been using your service dept for about 10 years. Without exception the service provided was excellent and convenient with Saturday appointments. Your new car dept was iffy with refusal to honour a written contractual term to install a bug protector on a new Camry I was purchasing. Perhaps I was unlucky with the disinterested or perhaps dishonest salesman I encounted. I would not hesitate however to buy a new Camry from the company
