How come stampede toyota doesnt wash the vehicles when bringing in for full service?

Had Rav in for a recall . Made use of the courtesy service which is always a treat . Both young drivers were courteous and pleasant. Decided to have the vehicle cleaned so drive home in a spotless car . Felt as though I was driving my Rav for the first time !ð Great service as usual !
