They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Their office is well organized and clean. Dr. Stamm and the entire staff are professional and kind.
Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Not at all. They kept making excuses and didn't give it to me for weeks Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes
We have been going to Dr. Stamm for years. He is great, very friendly and efficient! It's always extremely clean in the office. The staff is very professional. They even have some toys for my daughter to play with. She was getting a little impatient last during my last visit and the staff stepped right in and started playing with her there by me. It was so helpful. What's a mom supposed to do at that point with a 4yr old?! We will continue to see Dr. Stamm for years to come. I highly recommend!!
