Everyone there is always very professional and friendly. I have been coming here the past 2+ years and is the best dental office I have experienced between the offices in Pcola and FWB.
Good team work and no long waits
Staff is normally on time and friendly. Wasn't happy on 2/18/19. Had a 10:30 appointment. At 11:00 I asked how much longer I would have to wait. Was told about 30 minutes and then he had a lunch meeting, so it would be after lunch until he could see me. Rescheduled for 2/19/19. This appointment went very well, as they usually do.
I always feel comfortable speaking and asking questions when I don’t understand the staff. Their reactions have always had sweet things to say about them when I speak about my Dentist and their staff. Thanks.😍
I just began going here. The reason was my first dentist did not take our insurance. We went to another dental office which said they accept our insurance but when it came to the billing they actually were deceiving and set us up to pay an amount far exceeding our policy. Very good, competent care.
You guys are amazing! You are true professionals with your work, but do not try to sell me a bunch of stuff I do not need. Medicine and denistry is full of people trying to sell you stuff, but when Dr Stamitoles finally does suggest something reasonable (makes sense from health/comfort/appearance AND financial perspectice), I trust him and his staff to do it right!

Very pleasant. The staff isn't quiet or awkward and make you feel at home .
