The absolute worst BBQ plate I have ever had. The "Baked Beans" tasted like they took a can of "Original Bush Baked Beans" opened it and pored it on my plate. Wasn't even warm. Absolutely no taste at all. Hush puppies were barely warm, and the "Chopped Pork" looked more like shredded pork left overs with some sort of liquid pored over it that had no flavor. This is what I told my waiter. He didn't even go get a manager to talk with me so paid for my tea and left. If I could give a negative star it would be a neg. 3 star.

I love Stameys Barbecue. They have the best barbecue around in Greensboro.
Great BBQ.. Love those hush puppies too. We eat there every time we are in the area.
My husband and I visited the location on Battleground last week. The barbecue was great. We ordered peach cobbler, it was awful! The crust was doughy and not golden brown like homemade! It did not taste like the same cobbler. I hope it was just a bad cobbler. We were so disappointed.
Stamey's has absolutely the very BEST bar-b-que, slaw & hush puppies out there today! No one has anything that could possibly beat them. They just need to branch out & open on in Roanoke, VA so we can experience that great taste more often!! I give them 10+ stars & highly recommend them!!
