Stamey's has been serving its staple "Lexington-style" barbecue pork and its "secret sauce" to Triad diners since 1930. Every day, Stamey's Pitmasters come in before the sun to light the fire and start cooking that famous barbecue, a backbreaking process that can take nine to ten hours. Not only the best Lexington style pulled pork in N.C., but the best BBQ in the U.S.A. hands down! So good we make a 900 mile road trip from Florida 2-3 times a year just to eat their pulled pork sandwich and hush puppies.
