The worst company ever they don’t pay to anybody and they don’t finish the project because they take the money to the owners but don’t pay to the contractors. incredibly horrible experience. they took all of the money and didn't pay the vendors and i have unfinished jobs. millwork and painting and cracked walls and so much worse. during construction especially insanely inexperienced teams. i am still hoping one day they will pay the carpenter so that he can give me my remaining cabinets. a joke

Hired Istambul Miami for renovation of my house, this was one of the worst decisions I have ever made and highly repent hiring this company. Not only can they not deliver what they promise, but they look for an excuse to raise the original budget of the project at every corner while providing cheap service, cheap . Not only do they not have sufficient workers to lift the marble slabs they send, but they risk thousands of dollars of materials due to disorganization and unprofessionalism.
