This company is ripping off people! We paid $178 for tuning HVAC. The technician did nothing but changing a filter and checking for problems. At the end he recommended us to pay $2646 for some repair and cleaning. The most ridiculous charge is $898 for coil cleaning. It is not a joke! See the quote below yourself. the tech came out Wii walkthrough what I wanted to do you wrote it all up and gave me three different things I could choose from I chose. He went and got all the supplies came back within an hour fix everything within the hour and was out the door.
I am a past customer with positive results. However, they now requires pre-certification for financing in order to get an estimate on a job I would have paid cash for. They certainly don't need to run my credit for a cash job - sketchy policy at best.
RIP off. they overcharge for simple repairs
they are the best. always available when you need them.
