I had a check up done on my Heat Pump / Air Conditioner on 9/17/24. Shawn and Tyler arrived and were professional. They worked very well together. Shawn and Tyler did a complete report. This included pictures. They also explained everything in detail. They were great! Tiffany and Amy in your customer service department are excellent.
Price of material could be as low as $60 and yet a customer would be charged 1200.00. If they are too incompetent to repair a basic kitchen sink sprayer and tell you it can't be repaired and must be replaced they are lying.
