This was the second time I have used Staley for installation of outdoor upgrades. Both times they have been helpful and efficient. They listened to what I wanted and got to work to get it done. I'll call them next time I need someone. I highly recommend!

My service call was on Feb 24, day of ice storm, so I thought I would be canceled. But nope, technicians arrived on time and were completely professional and friendly in finding in fixing my problems. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

My experience with this company has been excellent. Every person we spoke with during the process was friendly and helpful. They showed up on time/15 minutes earlier. Whenever we had questions, they answered the phone quickly with no hold time and allowed us to ask all the questions we had.
