At the end of a hard week in which my dog died, I discovered that although I had power, a branch had taken down my electric lines off the house with the electric box smashing the meter. This is my first time using Staley Electric. They replaced my old whole house generator with a new model. Carl performed the estimate and had the best price. He was also very diligent about pursuing the manufacturer for generator and transfer switch delivery dates. He was ultimately able to secure a unit far ahead of the expected delivery date. Had a service call concerning an issue that cropped up several weeks after new circuits and panel installed, an assessment done and problem repaired and covered under warranty. Very happy with quick response to our service call. Highly recommend Staley Electric.

Quick, professional, polite. Only issue is that I got charged rate for two people to change out a GFCI breaker. Think it should have been 50% of labor or just one person. My bad I guess for not asking cost ahead of time.
