Very professional. We had a Kholer generator installed. It was done without any issues. I hope to not need to use the generator however with Arkansas weather, I feel more secure knowing I will not lose power.

Staley was very professional in setting up the appointment & they worked with my availability. They sent a reminder of the appointment and a 20 min heads up call before service technicians arrived. Both of the techs were very knowledgeable and friendly and both answered my questions. They were quick to determine the problem with my 3 way light switch which ended up having more than 1 problem. I love Staley Electric. I purchased a generator about 3 years ago and have absolutely no regrets. They have been a presence in my life ever since. When I’ve had to call them about something, they came that day. No going on the schedule. The times I’ve had to call them had nothing to do with their service. I’m on a first name basis with some of them and have never not been able to reach someone. They have their stuff figured out and together. I love them, love them, love them. Peace.

Staley Electric did an excellent job replacing my breaker box and getting my electricity back on. The electricians, Bailey and Steno, were friendly, professional and worked non stop in the 95 degree heat for eight hours to complete the work. They cleaned up after the job was done and took the time to explain what they did. I would definitely use Staley Electric again.
