One of Staker Parsons water trucks ran over the front end of my vehicle while I was at a stop. It's been over a year and they refuse to even compensate me for the vehicle, let alone other expenses. So disappointed with the ethics of such a big company.

Staker Parson ready mix drive damaged a fence on my job. They said that because I signed a wavier they weren't responsible for the damage. The wavier states that concrete that the driver drives over may be damaged and that they will not be responsible. It says nothing about everything else on the property. I asked for $250 to repair the fence post and they denied my claim. Sounds like if they damage you house they also will not be responsible.
