As an active investor I find that staging a property is crucial in getting the maximum sale price. Kelly at Stage Me Fancy was very professional and always timely in working with me on my projects. She is now part of my "Team" now for my home sales.
Never used her for staging, but I do love what she/this company does from what I've seen in pictures. I have purchased some of her staging items though and couldn't be happier! Great pieces at great prices through them!

If you are in real estate do not use kelly. She rescheduled 2 time then the 3rd time straight cancelled an hour before the appointment. This is one of my luxury clients and luckily I was able to book another stager within the hour. She better hope this stager works out because if I lose my client because of her lack of professionalism the bill is going to her.
Kelly is such an amazing decorator. She has great customer service as well. She will put your house from sitting on the market forever to sold in less than 3 months. She makes every room seem like it is from a magazine. Keep up the great work. I'm going to recommend you to everyone I know that is selling a house.
