I really don't understand what happened, that you made my wife cry when you refused my son's haircut. She scheduled an appointment yesterday when you did not have availability. She did question about walk in appointments, but you do business by scheduled appointments and that is fine. She came on time for the appointment today that she had scheduled yesterday and instead of being greeted she gets blindsided and told we don't want your business.
