I apply for a rental with Aaron , I send him my $50 fee thru PayPal . A week goes by n I didn’t hear from him . I had to email him a week later for him to respond thst my application got denied .. no explanation why .. AT ALL . Seems they try to get as many people to apply to collect non refundable application fee for a every tenant over 18 . Which it makes no sense if I’m the one paying the rent . They don’t answer the phones they won’t respond to emails the don’t return phone call or any form of contact worst most unprofessional business ever!!!. All the 5 start reviews are lies and put there by there staff they have a lawsuit on bbb that explains they black mail tenets to not say anything bad about them and the loss I don’t recommend doing business with snakes

Dealing with Aaron as others have mentioned was an extreme displeasure and at times, very unprofessional. We gave him the benefit of the doubt even after reading the 1 star reviews on here as well as Google and many other sites. I dont think they have an office as we were told to meet them at a pizza shop at 9pm to hand them our lease and deposit? Aaron has been managing my property since 2012 and it has gone really well. I have no complaints and whenever there is an issue with maintenance or whatever he is very prompt with notification as well as getting things corrected so the property is maintained for myself and the tenants. I will definitely keep working with Staffordshire Realty for as long as I have the house and that is for the foreseeable future! Thanks!

Came in feeling kind of uncertain of exactly what I wanted, or more importantly, what of my needs could be met in my budget. Staff was really friendly and helped to assuage the anxiety I was feeling. Totally responsive, helpful and professional. Definitely recommend these guys!

Came in a little bit unsure of how to adequately suss out exactly what I was looking for, but they were really friendly, professional and helpful, which eased the anxiety I was feeling from both my inexperience and uncertainty. Really responsive and easy service, would totally recommend!

To put it bluntly, my experience with Staffordshire Realty was horrible, and unprofessional. I, along with my roommate, leased an apartment from them for a year. In that year we experienced everything that could possibly go wrong with an apartment, and the worst property management service I could imagine.
