Let's be honest...who really enjoyed going to the dentist? Not me! But I've had extremely positive experiences with Stafford Smiles. The hygienist today was super gentle, informative, and professional. Dr. Pat was personable yet professional. Love that she always gives me a hug at the end of my visits! Celebrating no cavities tonight and a very positive experience!
Went in for a crown and a filling, even with the crown fitting causing some slight problems, the staff was super friendly and did not start rushing even though it was well beyond my appointment time.
My visit today was exceptional. This was the first time I have ever gotten my mouth numbed in a completely painless manner. Also, Dr. Patricia was able to remove a crown that two previous dentists were reluctant to do. The crown needed to be removed to determine the underlying issue with my teeth. Now that crown has been removed, we can proceed with the needed implant process. I was very impressed with the staff at Stafford Smiles and would recommend them to anyone requiring dental services.
Dr. Reategui is AMASING. I am an inveterate (and problem-ridden) dental patient. She is attuned to over-all health condition (such as blood pressure); takes a holistic view of the patient; alerts attention to every minor step of the procedure. I wouldn't imagine a young woman of her small frame could successfully extract my 4 deep-rooted teeth. - But she was done, painlessly, before I was ready to concentrate for the worse! As soon a I walk in the staff was very friendly!!! Customer Service should be number one priority and it was at the Stafford Smiles. The service was superb and fantastic!!! Thank you for making my experience awesome!!!
