RecommendedThe entire staff was absolutely wonderful from check in to check out. Even during this time when you can't have anyone in with you while you prepare to have surgery, everyone was wonderful! Thank you to every nurse who participated in my care.
I went in yesterday in agonizing pain. I really did not want to go because of covid, but it was bad. I got there and the place is empty. 2 patients in waiting area. I get a char on wheels ( not a wheelchair you can push yourself) then after 15-20 minnutes I get a room. The person checking me in asks why I am there. Once she hears PAIN she says "we wont give you anything for that" and tells me I should call my regular Doc.As soon as she hears "back pain" her attitude changed.I tell her he told me to go to the ER.
