Extremely slow and very unprofessional. Waited 3 hours to never be seen by a doctor. They kept saying “a few more minutes” which turned into 3 hours. Took an hour for someone to give us the discharge papers!

Broke my wrist and went to Stafford Hospital Emergency Room on Friday, July 19, 2019. The care I received...from the moment I entered the ER until I was discharged....was wonderful. All employees were caring, knowledgeable, and eager to help me. Dr Anthony Anker was especially great, because he was able to show my X-Rays to the surgeon, who happened to be in the hospital while I was there. Dr. Ali Hashemi, the wrist surgeon, was able to tell Dr. Anker how to position my wrist prior to putting it in a splint to reduce swellin... read more
My daughter received quality care that saved her life. The staff of doctors, surgeons, and nurses worked as a team and with compassion. I am forever grateful for all that was done during those ten days for not only my daughter but for me as well.
