My mother In-law is supposed to be receiving top rated medical care but I'm really starting to have concerns. I am up there regularly and taking notes and names.

I have requested info on a referral 3 times now this week. no one has returned my requests. I have found that since they became Mary Washington Family Health, the quality of care/responses to patients has gone down hill.

RUN don't walk AWAY from MWHC. I requested a simple letter of medical necessity for vitamins because FSAs have changed their rules and will now pay for them. MWHC wants me to come in to get this letter because I haven't had an appointment in 12 months and 25 days. They said they won't write the letter because I haven't been in in a year. Spent 4 days in labor trying to be induced (they failed at) some nurses were great. Doctors sucked. Ended up with bed sores from them not helping me. Took them forever to come in the room when I pushed the button. Dr cut my daughters face during the c section. And had to fight and argue with a nurse to get formula at 3am while my daughter was screaming. Do NOT go here. Even if you're dying...
