Dan was both helpful and very knowledgeable. We have used Stafford at our last two homes. Always competent and they do what they say they will do.
We schedule a furnace check-up one month out based on availability. Granted this is a long window to wait however we felt is was worth the wait and time off from work was scheduled. Well the day finally arrived and guess what? Stafford Heating has a sick child! Really? Sorry but this is the most unacceptable explantation to cancel scheduled work. Dustin was on time for our furnace check, courteous and very thorough! He finished up by explaining all the furnace testing he did, and what the values meant. Our furnace is old, he did not do any heavy-handed up-selling, just recommended that we get a free estimate for a new furnace so we can know expense what to plan for down the line. The service was seamless. Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. The technician was on time and even when there was a hiccup on my part, they were more than accommodating to come back later in the day to fit me in to finish my project.
Stafford has become our go to for home various home services. Jacob M. was our electrician today and once again Stafford has proven to be personable, polite, and professional. Though I never look forward to the next home repair, knowing I have this excellent team to fall back on when the time comes is so appreciated. Thanks guys.

Not our first experience with Stanford Home Service and once again they did a great job minimizing drywall repair needs and left the place likely cleaner then they found it! They arrived on time and finished the job faster then I thought they would given the complicated wire fishing that needed to happen. I also liked to see them using high school workers exposing them to the trades. Plus they were nice to my inquisitive puppy who really wanted to help and made sure she didn’t escape when they went in and out.
Will and Steve did a great job. They were timely, courteous, quick, and kind. They also made sure everything looked good and worked well before departing. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again.
We used Stafford to set up a home theater. Steve K came, looked over the room, looked over our electrical and gave us two options. He was very straightforward. We agreed to proceed and he and Tony showed up a couple of weeks later to do the installation. The job they did was exceptional and reasonable. We are very pleased and will use Stafford for all our electrical needs going forward.
