Your people went above and beyond in working with me. The heater was out and pipes were frozen. They came out right away, got the water turned off at the street and on their schedule to replace the heating unit. They are 5 plus stares.

We had to call Stafford on Christmas morning - we were out of town and a freeze alarm went off in our kitchen. We called a neighbor who gave us the bad news that the furnace blower was not working. Stafford was at our home within an hour and fixed the blower and our home was warm again - no frozen pipes! Yay! They followed up the next day to make sure all was well. Thank you Stafford. We were so thankful to come home to a warm house a week later!
