Stafford Hills Club is the best club I've ever been a part of. Top notch facilities both in Tennis and Fitness. The pool has become really important for my fitness. The hot tub after my workout is perfect. I've seen other people complain about availability of equipment but I've always felt like I have the place to myself. All this and I've met some really nice people and made some great friends. The members are very friendly and the staff are also fantastic. Two thumbs up!
I use the facilities at Stafford usually five times a week I go to water aerobics twice a week. A fun class with about ten core members and then some drop ins. I go on Mondays it is so much fun and we actually exercise. I go to beginning Yoga three times a week and either restorative Yoga or Water aerobics. I alternate, I love them both. They are on Saturdays. I look forward to going. A great way to start the day.
