Rivoli Towers proves to not fully accomodate for their residents and their trash. They have let their dumpsters pile up with months old garbage. Its gotten so bad that their garbage was started to spill onto the next door property Spirit Winds. Unacceptable.
Great location! Really nice townhouses with wood floors and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
