My husband and I purchased a condo here for our son and his best friend to live in while in school. They both lived here for three years, and truly had such a wonderful experience. It's low-key and quiet (much like other reviewers have said), it's not super fancy, but overall, for the price, turned out to be a wonderful investment and great place for them to live. In the laundry room: mold on the ceiling, and this washing machine has had water sitting in it since august 2021. Seems like the gate is broken all the time. Overall do not recommend living here.
