Very easy online access to account setup & unit reservation. Zai was very knowledgable & professional as I reserved my rental unit.

The service is so bad the people who work there are so rude and disrespectful so sad never again won't go back
Edit: came by at NOON on 6/1/26, Wednesday. No one in the office. Door locked. No one answering the phones. Elevators not working. Omg so frustrating! We waited for a half hour until some employee came out of nowhere, she was rude to us. There's no phone number to call to reach a real, local person and the corporate # isn't any help. 0/10 i would avoid this place if you can! After their promotional period they raised the rates on my mom's storage space to WAY higher than their advertised rates on their website. It was such a... read more
