I'm actually really disappointed with my experience I paid extra for elevator access and it's been closed we have to go all the way around to another end and walk all the way to the other end and the drug activity there is insane my daughter can even use the bathroom cuz a guy was getting high in there and changing people are always parking in the way and somebody stuff was just stolen.
Easy, fast and very helpful. Crystal is great. When I needed a wrench to disconnect my battery from my car because I was going to be away for more than a month. It was easy. Very friendly and a recommended place to store your belongings. I will use them again if I need to.
Tony Was Amazing From The Call Center & Worked With Me For Days To Get Everything Done. Recommend 100%. & The Manager At Facility Is Very Sweet & Totally Awesome !!

My storage unit was broken into. We have only had the storage unit for a month and a half. This place is an absolute joke. I would highly recommend not using this place to store anything that has anything of value. They stole over 5000$ worth of Milwaukee tools. The unit next to mine was also broken into. They have cheap thin strips of metal to cover the ceiling allowing people to access every single storage unit. This place is a joke
