Elevators didn't work right for weeks, and they aren't up to code, they should have offered everyone a discount for the inconvenience, instead a month later they jack up the price, both the manager and the phone line for this company denied they had the authority to give a discount.
Angel the manager is super nice and very helpful! Made the move-in super easy and she had so much patience and helpful information.
The manager was great at explaining and letting me know all the information I needed definitely one of the good ones
** LYNNWOOD LOCATION Several storage units, including mine, were broken into by a former employee. Although that person was fired, management at Secure Storage refuses to work with police to move the case forward. Because of this, victims can only file insurance claims instead of pressing charges. I do not recommend storing your belongings here — management is not cooperating with law enforcement or protecting customers.
