So far so good. I got a decent deal on my unit and it was super easy to start service and start moving in. I had a little trouble taking a good enough photo of my license so Finnish signing up online but Scott was there in the office to help me. He was very friendly and helpful. I fell like this was definitely the right place for me

Leased a storage unit for 2 months and it was pretty smooth to get all set up and ready to store my belongings. Check out was very easy too. My only complaint is that there were only elevators to take up to the 4th floor, the elevators take ages to operate and sometimes there weren’t enough Dollies to go around for hauling large and multiple things at once. Having an indoor unit is definitely the way to go for temporary storage.

Went above and beyond to help me out. Only issue is there's only one cart. So we had to carry our stuff.

The online process went smoothly, staff was helpful. The only issue I had was that the elevator that I needed to use was out of order. It made moving in much more difficult.

Krystal provided professional support during our admission, and Scott was outstanding during our exit process. They both made the experience smooth and easy. Scott, in particular, was wonderful, patient, and truly went the extra mile to help us. We sincerely appreciate their support.
