Absolutely love this place. The management is super kind, well-organized, and efficient. Maintenance is awesome - they are respectful of your space, really helpful and prompt. The amenities are extremely well-kept (work-out room, study rooms, and landscape, for example, the courtyard and baseball field spaces). One of the biggest perks is the guest parking! My daughter just moved in and I cannot say enough good things so far about this place! From our very first tour with Destiney, we knew this was the right place for our daughter. The whole process from applying to moving in has been so easy. The apartment was spotless the day we got the keys. Destiney has been amazing answering our questions and the couple times we had questions for maintenance they were also very responsive and just the nicest guys. Highly recommend!
The staff here are amazing! I have only positive things to say about the process of signing and moving into my apartment. I would highly recommend stadium lofts!!
Great place to stay! Stayed in a 2bed 2bath with a roommate from college as our first post grad apartment. Great affordability compared to other places and liked that it was gated. Responsive management and maintenance teams. Never felt unsafe and really liked all the greenery around the complex. Great location next to the white river trail as well.
I have lived here for three months. I have had such a welcoming experience in my time at Stadium Lofts. I rarely leave reviews, so when I do, I like to believe they carry weight. Lindsay and Destiny in the office are friendly, kind, welcoming and helpful. They are extremely professional and cordial.
