zero stars if i could!! roaches, broken ac, towing errors, no guest parking, for almost $1500 for a 2x2!!! constant random charges on rent and front office managers are blunt, uncooperative, and accusatory. resigned once, will never again. don’t live here.
Dishonest/Not cleanest. Paid rent for 2 years. Afterwards Stadium Enclave tried to charge me for something I didn’t break. Although I negotiated a resolution and paid to resolve it as agreed, they sent it to a collection agency. When I called to remind them that we had resolved it, they shrugged their shoulders, and now I have a collect agency and have to deal with it on my credit report!
