Zack's willingness to go the extra mile with parking help is greatly appreciated
place is garbage. fire alarm goes off every week in the middle of the night. The management is ridiculous. People get towed even though they pay $40 a month for parking. AND we never recieved our signing incentive of a $250 gift card. Straight up crooks. DONT sign
Don't get me wrong the residential area is beautiful, but misleading.... I've lived here for two years now and am fed up with the poor management, which has changed numerous times. For the last three days there has been an alarm going off at the pool from midnight until the morning. Three days I've called to get this fixed and they still can't identify the issue itself. It's very expensive to live in these apartments and little things like fire alarms, unreliable internet, and poor customer service add up. I'm not sure why ... read more
