Love Cleats but sad to see that the bartender Joey is no longer there! ☹️☹️ he was one of the reasons we came to Cleats for his great service...always knew my order without asking. At least we still have Megan who always provides such great customer service! ❤️❤️
horrible customer service. we were there for the fights Saturday night and i got there about 9 to join my party. the waitress came and took my order. the drink was horrible. in the 2 hours that i was there she never came back. it was faster to go to the bar to get something else. we had to flag down a different staff member who happened to walk by in order to get our checks. then after we flagged down someone else, our server finally came back with our tickets and was not friendly at all.
