Bobby the salesman is so nice!! He communicated with me without me feeling pressured. The only thing I didn’t like is that when going over numbers with sales, they pretty much made me purchase Intouch, even though I said I didn’t want it, the guy said it was already installed in all of the cars they sold and I told him then that if it wasn’t optional, they should add it to the cost of the car and he said they couldn’t do that and that they needed to make money somehow. Requested information on a 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid. Kait texted me immediately, she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Went on, test drove the fusion, Ray was very helpful. This dealer has a hidden fee of $1,298 for a Verizon GPS system on all of there vehicles. The fee shows up as a accessory fee on the OTD final quote. The dealer refuses to update there true care price or remove the fee under any circumstances. DONOT BUY FROM HERE.
Hidden charge of $1295 for “navigation and auto theft deterrent”. Plus charging license fee AND registration.
Made a deal and was out of the dealership with the car in less then an hour. Everyone was friendly, honest, and fast. This is a great dealership to do business with, if you can buy your next car from them.
