We absolutely LOVE Dr. O’Sullivan! She is always professional, friendly and compassionate. I have never felt rushed during any appointment and she seems to genuinely care about her patients (and parents of). My toddler is actually happy/excited when she has to “go to the doctor” because she knows she’ll see Dr. O! From the first meeting, Dr. O has felt like family. The receptionists and after hours emergency staff are great as well and are extremely helpful.

She is brief in checkups but tells you what you need to know and is happy to answer any and all questions you have. Very friendly, knowledgable, and comforting. We liked her so much that we started taking our preteen to her after our infant was already a patient.

She rushed through my sons appointment! He had been raspy for a week and had ran a temp of 102.8 3 days before she seen him! It was time for his 1 year appt so he had to get 3 shots but when a child is sick they should not receive immunizations! She neglected to look up my sons nose when I told her he had bad sinus drainage and a horrible hacking cough! She blew it off like it was nothing and then said it was okay for his shots. The following day I took him to urgent care and he has bronchitis!!

Dr. O'Sullivan cares about her patients and parents. She will do whatever is necessary to get to the bottom of the issue.
