Dr. Bacon and staff are very attentive and caring. Dr. Bacon has a great bedside manner but did not sugarcoat my problem. She thoroughly explained my treatment options to help me make and be comfortable with my treatment plan decision. I would highly recommend her to anyone with foot and ankle problems.
i had suffered for years with a foot problem until Dr Bacon performed a surgery that may save my foot when others wanted to remove it. She was blunt, straightforward, a little sarcastic, maybe even a little funny and I love all those things about her as it lightens the mood and takes all the guess work out of the situation. I'll never be able to thank her for what she has done for and to me.
Dr Bacon & her staff give excellent expert care. The team is professional, treat all with respect & concern for each individual need. They are always available to the patients & their family members. My wife is a retired nurse & she highly respects Dr Bacon & staff. As my wife has said, "Doctors & medial professionals end up helping those that have had accidents or have put themselves in a position to need care ( non compliant or making poor personal health choices)." Dr Bacon is amazing!
Dr Bacon is beyond the best. She took care of my baby as if he was her own, and as much as I love her and her staff I hope to never have to see them again and am confident that if ever I do it will not be for the same injury!
I am very happy with the care and the outcome of my surgery. Dr Bacon is kind, direct and skillful, The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend her
I have had bad feet since birth. When my knee needed replacement due to being 20 degrees out of alignment, the foot totally collapsed and made it very painful to walk. Dr Bacon reconstructed the foot and fused it. It has allowed me to go back to a normal life without pain walking.
Very rude and condescending. I will not go back and I am looking for another Dr.
I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Bacon and her staff. They are all very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bacon did an amazing job putting my ankle back together. I was concerned about ruining my tattoo, and you cannot even see the scar. She was awesome!! Jose & Carrie (sorry if I've misspelled names) are also wonderful and very caring. I always felt special and like I was the only patient they were dealing with. I actually look forward to my appointments so I can catch up with them!!
Same day appointment was nice. The girls working the front/back desk treated me as though i was bothering them. Dr. Bacon was very short, hurried and brief, this was my first time seeing her. I'm pretty confident that she misdiagnosed me. I will find another physician for a 2nd opinion if the pain doesn't get any better in the next few days. My foot hurts so bad, I am literally in tears typing this, and was given nothing, just told the boot would ease the pain...which remains to be seen.
