Very unprofessional. This happened on a Saturday at 9am (right when they opened) Sold me $100 worth of sod and proceeded to tell me that they are out of it because some guy decided to pull up in a big truck, block the whole pallet of sod, and said that he wanted it all, but he did not pay for it. I had to literally argue why I should get the sod first then he gets whatever is left over. I paid, he did not. It’s simple as that. I am really sorry that this happened. I did follow up with the crew that worked on Saturday and I pulled both receipts. The difference in the time from your purchase and the other customer was about 5 minutes apart with limited sod. The check out time on your receipt was 9:25am, so I think while you were shopping for the plants, we were already were loading the other customer.
