I rented a unit at Stack & Store on Mariaville Road for about two years, and Amanda was wonderful throughout the entire experience. She was consistently communicative, professional, patient, and respectful. Booked a storage unit on 7/31/26. I got a call from the manager of the store. I was then told the rates will go up ( after I was told it’s a fixed rate) after 4 months. I was also told I got a smart unit and it’s an extra $15 a month for that. I told Amanda (manager) that it’s not right I was lied too. She didn’t care one bit. Blamed it on the third party booking company. My question , as a company why do you think it’s ok to have some represent your company who lies and makes false claims ? When I moved into this place, a couple was moving out and they warned me about drastic and quick rate increases. They were leaving because of it. Since I had already paid I decided to see what would happen. Sure enough, Stack n store has been raising my rates by about $40 every 3 months. It feels like a scam to me, and I certainly don't feel like a valued customer. Buyer Beware.
