This 1 Star is for your Call Center, located in MEXICO and your processes. I'd like to know how my PII is being protected. Are these persons having access to my information and how much. Have signed NDAs and been trained in their responsibilities of handling patients' PII? My call was to get in touch with TOI-Torrance. It took from 9:41am PST to 10:43am PST, multiple disconnects to get to where I requested to go. This has nothing to do with TOI - Torrance. They are a 5 Star facility and personnel.
