2nd time visiting Dr. Macdonald. This time was much better. They changed buildings, something I would have liked to know before the visit, not Dr.'s fault. Check in was much better. I spent a lot less time waiting. I have high medical anxiety, so parking at first building, running to next new building, being in a medical situation. This doctor and her staff set appts then cancel them with no avaliable appts for months. She has you wait in lobby for 40+ minutes until I finally had to go back to work. She now won't fill my medication like it's my fault my appts got canceled and she didn't show for the last appt. Holding my medicine hostage is so unprofessional. I would not recommend her or her staff to anyone. If you can, establish care with someone who cares about keeping her appts. Terrible service.
It was my first time getting a pap smear and Dr. Macdonald was so kind and guided me through each step. It was quick, easy, and painless. 10/10 recommend her.
