This has taken me way too long to do. Staci is by far the best therapist I have ever been to. She is incredibly skilled in somatic therapy and challenges you in all the best ways. It may feel far fetched to say, but she saved my life from becoming a total disaster. She taught me to regulate my emotions like no one ever has.
