After a string of frustrating experiences with bigger HVAC companies cutting corners on basic maintenance and pushing constant upsells, I reached out to Stache. Steven responded promptly, came the same day (no weekend up charge), assessed the situation, fixed the issue, and then tested the fix. He didn't look around for 'additional issues' to add which has been a problem with other companies. Highly recommend!
Called Steven at 5pm on a Sunday when our compressor was not kicking on. He was at our house by 7:30 and the repair was completed by 7:35pm. So so grateful for this speedy and competent service! We will be lifelong clients.
This guy was amazing. He literally saved me over $5000 dollars. His competition told me I needed things I didn’t need. This is the only company I will call for my heater and Air conditioning needs. He did an amazing job with fixing my heater.
I needed a licensed HVAC expert to vacuum the refrigerant lines and release the refrigerant to validate the warranty on a mini split system I installed. A freind recommended Stache.
